To confirm bookings, remind you of appointments, adapt treatments to your health needs and respond to enquiries. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Messaging and calls
Enquiries sent through the website open WhatsApp or your phone dialler. Those conversations are governed by the messaging provider's own privacy terms as well as ours.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting website analytics to understand which pages are useful. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Data retention
Booking records are kept only as long as needed for service history and legal requirements, then securely deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by calling or emailing the spa.
