By booking a treatment at Moon Star SPA Unisex you agree to the following terms.
Bookings
Appointments are confirmed by phone, WhatsApp or at reception. Please arrive ten minutes before your slot; late arrivals may receive a shortened session so the next guest is not delayed.
Health disclosure
You agree to inform us of injuries, allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions and medical conditions before treatment. Our therapies are for relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical care.
Conduct
Moon Star SPA Unisex maintains a strictly professional environment. Any inappropriate behaviour towards staff will end the session immediately, with no refund, and may be reported.
Pricing
Rates are displayed at reception and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are included as shown at the time of billing.
Personal belongings
Please use the lockers provided. The spa is not responsible for valuables left unattended.
Age policy
Guests must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
